I’m a Strength & Conditioning Coach certified in Science of Nutrition through California Polytechnic State University.

My coaching philosophy is simple: results come from consistency, accountability, and a strategic plan tailored to your lifestyle.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck between wanting to lose weight and wanting to enjoy your life. For years, I thought I had to choose one or the other.
