In these classes you’ll learn how to properly execute these movements while performing solo drills, working with your coach and others.

Ass & Abs

Selection and development of dynamic exercises focused on core and glutes.Well explained routines, focused solely on glutes and core. You will work with weights and body weight in order to improve your physical strength as well as your cardiovascular system

Conditioning

Selection and development of dynamic exercises to improve physical power, strength and conditioning. This functional training aids the body performing every day activities. Well explained, full body routines, in which you will work with weights and body weight in order to improve your physical strength as well as your cardiovascular system.

Adult JiuJitsu

Jiu Jitsu is a predominantly ground-based martial art, which seeks the non-violent submission of one’s opponent.Unlike other martial arts that focus on strikes and/or kicks, jiu jitsu focuses on close-contact *grappling* holds and techniques and the application of chokes and joint manipulations. In these classes, you will develop incredible self defense skills, better your conditioning, learn discipline and respect, improve mental health, etc.

TRX

TRX classes provide a dynamic full-body workout using suspension training.

Utilize your own body weight with a proven safe & effective way to enhance strength, flexibility and core stability.

This class offers coaching from beginner to advanced level training. Personal training also available.

Kettlebell Shred

Kettlebell Shred is a high-energy, full-body workout designed to build strength, burn fat, and improve endurance. Expect powerful kettlebell flows, functional movement, and steady intensity that will elevate your cardio, sharpen coordination, and leave you feeling strong, athletic, and fully activated every class.
